Mohamed Azadi

Mohamed Azadi obtained his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook. In 1989 he joined NYC Department of Buildings as a Plan Examiner. In 1992, he obtained his license as a Professional Engineer. In 1994, he started his own Consulting & Expediting business. Mr. Azadi’s business acumen attracted some of the most prominent figures in the field to work at his firm; Building Department Commissioner, Mr. Ronny Livian P.E., Deputy Commissioners: Mr. Manher Shah P.E. ; Mr. Bryan Winter R.A., Chief Examiner, Mr. Larry Ferlazzo, Inspector supervisor, Mr. Jose Gonzales as well as senior examiner Mr. Farmarz Robeny from the Fire Department. With his knowledge and experience from working for Building Department, Mr. Azadi has become an expert in consulting clients in strategizing the filing process at Building Department to achieve ultimate success in an expeditious manner.

Ronny Livian

Ronny Livian obtained his B.S. Engineering Degree in 1979 from The City College of New York. He started his profession in the private sector, in 1985 he became a Plan Examiner at Queens Building Department. His never ending thirst for learning about NYC Code, Zoning and Safety requirements moved him quickly up the ranks to become a Deputy Commissioner in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan Building Department. Soon he became Manhattan Borough Commissioner and then ultimately Acting Building Commissioner for all of New York City. Mr. Livian joined AEC in 2004, as the president and since then has been one of the main players in consulting for construction on some of the major projects in NYC.
